General process to apply for an IAESTE internship

Here are the main steps to follow in order to apply for IAESTE placements. Don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any questions along the way.

1. Select offers

Choose up to 5 offers and make a note of the reference numbers

2. Login

Create an account or login

3. Register

Fill in the registration form:

– Prioritize up to 5 offers

– Upload: CV in English, list of subjects studied and a confirmation of registration fee payment (CHF 50.-)

4. Complete application

Once you have been selected for a specific internship by IAESTE, complete the application (make sure to read our application tips and to transfer the participation fee)

5. Acceptance and internship

You have been accepted for an IAESTE placement? It is time to celebrate, get ready and head to your host country to work, experience and discover! IAESTE Switzerland and volunteers from your host country will always be at your side should you need help along the way.

6. End of internship

At the end of your internship, don’t forget to complete your trainee report to share your experience with other future interns.
